All services, policies, and pricing are subject to change when deemed necessary.

Due to special techniques and hair conditions, some services may incur additional charges.

If you must cancel a spa scheduled service, a 24-hour notice is required to allow New You to fill the opening.

Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of scheduled services cancelled.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment time in preparation for your “New You” experience.

Late arrival may affect the length of your spa service.

Late arrivals will still end at scheduled time, as we do not want to delay our other scheduled appointments.
