In order to ensure we provide the best possible service with short wait times, we ask that you make an appointment and arrive a few moments early if possible. When canceling an appointment, please allow 24 hours notice. You may be charged for the scheduled services if sufficient notice is not given.
Although making an appointment is the best way to ensure a short wait time, we will do everything possible to accommodate all walk-in guests. We pride ourselves in providing efficient service, so please feel free to drop in at any time.
In an effort to provide the most relaxing spa experience, we will cater to your personal needs whenever possible. Your comfort is our utmost concern, so please be sure to communicate with your spa therapist if you have any special requests regarding privacy, comfort, etc. Late arrivals may affect the length of your spa service.
We strive to give you the look you want! Please feel free to bring photos of the look you are trying to achieve, and we will work with you to create it. We will give guidance in hair texture, color, length and style to help you decide on the perfect look for you.
Our goal is to create a New You! We pride ourselves in listening to our clients during the pre-styling consultation so that we fully understand your desired look. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your services, please let us know within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.
